Like any US military unit, especially during a wartime deployment, our Currahee Soldiers are only half of the equation. The other half is the families at home providing much needed prayers, love, and support. In order to update families on the status of our Task Force and to reassure them of our welfare, our brigade has established a Family Readiness Group (FRG) home page. This webpage allows the battalion and company leadership to post monthly newsletters, articles of interest, and photographs for Currahee families to view. In these postings, we include messages from the Battalion Commander, each company commander, the chaplain, and a special feature article.
