A Currahee lost in battle, remembered in our hearts
Staff Sergeant Gordon "Mike" Stoakley was born February 4, 1951 and killed in action February 16, 1971 by wounds received from an explosive device in Thua Thien Province South Vietnam. Remembered by fellow Currahee Bob VonAlmen. Bob would like to get in touch with any of Mike's family. He can be contacted through Steve Lundstrom a Currahee friend.
