COL Vail
COL Thomas D. Vail (CO, 506th RCT) spoke to the 3,500 troops
on the Division Parade Field and hundreds of veterans/guests, telling
them that the 4th BCT would soon be deployed to Iraq, where
they will be "attached" to the 4th Brigade, 4th Infantry Division
in the Baghdad area
, and NOT with the 101st Dvision in Tikrit.
