OH to place the monument on the platform and into a pickup, at Fort Campbell, the unloading and placment of the monument was accomplished by nine Able Company soldiers! |

| Alpha Company veterans were given a 24-foot square
section in the 1-506th area for the monument, bronze plaque, garden benches, and landscaping, which included five Honeymooner Holly shrubs and, under two Cleveland Pear trees, solar-powered lights to illuminate the monument and bronze plaque. |
