James L. (Jim) Brown, Jr. and his brother Jack L. Brown
were assigned to
I Company, 3rd Battalion, 506th PIR. After their training at
Camp Toccoa,
they both attended Parachute
Class #49, Fort Benning, GA, December 1942.
Jack was taken POW at Normandy. Jim
was KIA on 1/13/45 at Foy, Belgium.
