2011 Currahee Grand Ball Donors

In order to keep costs low for active duty soldiers, the 506th Association participated in an effort to raise funds for the 2011 Grand Ball. All donations were tax deductible, and ALL Currahee veterans were invited.

2,000 people were expected to attend this ball, with more than half of them being active-duty 4th BCT Currahee soldiers, most of whom would have just returned, in August 2011, from a 1-year deployment to Afghanistan.
