Bruce,
Good morning. I hope you can pass on a message to the committee
who put together the care packages for us.
Please let them know that we got them just in time for the Super
Bowl, and that all of the guys enjoyed them
very much! We all appreciate the hard work that went in to putting
them all together, not to mention the gen-
erous donations from all of the Association. Again, thanks for
taking care of the soldiers here in Iraq.

Fred, Ron -
Good afternoon. Hey just wanted to give you a little "downrange
feedback" from Iraq reference Currahee
Care Packages. First of all, thanks! Those continue to be a great
morale boost! The S2 and I were talking
the other day about how generous many organizations are at sending
stuff (girl scout cookies etc) but we
really don't know who sent them or who to send a thank you note
to if you choose to do so. One thing you
guys do well, and should sustain, is the stickers from the Currahee
Association on the individual items.
That really helps the soldiers know who is looking out for them.
Often we get a box that's in the common
area or by the coffee pot and we have no idea who it's from.
Hope this is the kind of feedback you guys
need. Thank you for all your hard work, please send a thanks
out to all those who chip in and donate as
well. Take care.
